Halle Berry’s Stalker Caught & Arrested

As most of you probably already know, Halle Berry is one of the most gorgeous women in the world but does this mean people should be allowed to stalk her?

Of course not, I’m sure you’re all thinking! Well, tell this to Richard Franco, the 27-year old who has been stalking Halle Berry and who was recently arrested for trespassing on her property.

However, it didn’t just happen once, it happened three times in the past few days and Franco was finally caught and arrested around 11 p.m. on July, 11, 2011.

TMZ sources have confirmed that Franco jumped Berry’s house walls before being arrested on his third attempt to get near the all so beautiful and talented actress.

Luckily, Berry’s private security team witnessed Franco stalking Halle Berry and called the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD). The police then arrested Franco for suspicions of stalking his idol.

Berry has also filed for a restraining order against her stalker.
