Will Blake Lively star in the “Sex and the City” Prequel?

Rumors of Gossip Girl’s Blake Lively starring in a Sex and the City spin-off flick have been building steadily. Plus, Daily Mail has even reported that this is no longer a rumor but a done deal.

In addition, the Daily Mail story also added that Blake would be joined by other teen heart throbs including Elizabeth Olsen, Selena Gomez and Emma Roberts in a new film to be called The Carrie Diaries.

But for now Blake has been shooting scenes to her newest film Savages in Los Angeles. As you can tell by the above photo, even actors get tired too. This pic was taken after a long day of shooting on July 26, 2011.

Dressed in a turquoise robe, Blake jumped out of a Mini Cooper for the film directed by Oliver Stone about “two pot growers who face off against the Mexican drug cartel who kidnapped their shared girlfriend,”  says Celebrity Gossip.

Blake Lively starring in a Sex and the City spin-off flick would sound like a perfect fit but only time will tell whether the Gossip Girl star will actually be seen in the film but for now look out for her in Savages.
